Management Team

Kurt L. Evezich established TLECC in 1987 and is currently serving as president of TLECC. Kurt was introduced to the control industry by his father, at the age of 10. Kurt has worked on controls for the food processing industry, the emergency generator industry, the mining industry, and the water and wastewater industry. His special function at TLECC is seeing the "BIG PICTURE" with his customer's process control systems.

Mike Rushing is involved in system design and project management, and is part owner of TLECC. He has 20 years of experience in the electrical field. During the past 13 years he has been focused on process control design, start-up and manufacturing.

Kim Evezich is Administrative Manager and part owner of TLECC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and had experience in sales and management before signing on with TLECC in 1991.

Kathleen Davis, CPA is TLECC corporate controller. Kathe performs various accounting and administrative duties for TLECC. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is a Colorado Licensed CPA.

Tookie Scherder, SPHR is TLECC’s Human Resources Director and Safety Officer. Tookie is responsible for personnel management, scheduling of field service work, and TLECC's Safety Program. Tookie holds several Safety and HR certifications, including OSHA 30 Hour and Senior Professional in Human Resources.
