Tie-Hack Dam - Careful selection of SCADA system yields great results in Buffalo. Cheyenne - The City of Cheyenne Wyoming recently experienced rapid growth, resulting in the Water Department being heavily dependent on remote well fields. Monitoring of the well fields then became an important priority. Timber Line Electric and Control was selected to meet the Utility's telemetry needs. Cherokee - Twenty years later they are still successfully using original Intrac equipment with new MOSCAD system. Worland - Previous catastrophic breaks in this water line has prompted the recent purchase of a Motorola Moscad Radio Telemetry system. Donala - This district decided that the neighborhood children were not a reliable source of finding out that their tanks were overflowing. They decided to invest in our SCADA system. Centennial - Centennial Water and Sanitation in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, uses radio telemetry to monitor and control their Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) program. To extend the number of gallons that can be pumped from adjudicated wells, Centennial obtains “free” surface water during high run-off periods. The water is processed and then pumped back down the wells to be stored in aquifers. Montezuma
- Montezuma Water Company has launched a new ambitious project
to track down water loses in their potable water distribution system
by using radio telemetry. The plan anticipates a $100,000 per year
savings resulting from reduced water loss and reduced water processing
costs. Articles from the road warriors Timber Line
